Can you add a large background image that doesn't scroll, but is somehow cropped so it fills the screen nicely on mobile or on desktop. I have an image that is about 1920x1200 so it will fill most screens, but on mobile it should be cropped to fit the vertical axis only. The rest of the content should scroll over the image. I would also like a simple header bar, white text on dark gray, that doesn't scroll..
